About us

Cambridge City PCN is a primary care network comprising 6 GP practices in the North & East of Cambridge with a patient population of approximately 51,000 patients.

Led by the PCN manager, Clinical directors and the PCN board, we are focussed on collaboration between practices and local organisations to better improve outcomes for patients.
